While we all experience stress, anxiety, fear and grief differently, we all have potential for success despite our difficulties. Our Mindful Living Program is highly personalized to address your feelings and who you are as a whole person. You will learn practical skills through guided meditations, mindfulness exercises and group discussions.
You will work with a registered therapist, who is focused on your improvement and will support you along the way.
The 6-week Mindful Living Program involves the practice of mindfulness meditations, experiential exercises, group discussions, and home practices. Each session explores one theme so that participants can focus on one topic at a time to acquire skills to bring mindfulness into their daily lives.
The benefits include managing intense emotions, calming the mind, and living in the present moment. Additionally, meditation helps individuals better cope with anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, anger and chronic pain, as well as improve interpersonal relationships.
Bringing mindfulness into our daily lives helps us turn negative emotions such as frustration, impatience, and anger around and allows us to live a happier, more peaceful, energized, and enthusiastic life.
